The Tapo T300 water leak sensor is placed under a sink, washing machine or boiler and reacts both to standing water and to individual drops. When triggered, its own 90 dB siren sounds and a notification goes out instantly through the hub. The IP67 body is unaffected by complete soaking.

Does the siren work without internet?
Yes, the audible alarm triggers locally. Internet is only needed for the push notification.
