CCTV and low-voltage installation: what the work costs

Tick the systems your site needs — the calculator lays out a plan, counts the points and metres of cable routes and shows the labour cost from our standard price list. Below are worked examples for typical sites and the unit rates behind them. It takes a minute and commits you to nothing.

Rates from our standard price list for low-voltage work. Equipment is bought separately — from our catalogue or supplied by you; it does not change the labour price.

What the price covers

  • On-site mounting: brackets, fixings, installation at the design point.
  • Cable laying, conduit and chasing where no routes exist yet.
  • Termination, configuration and commissioning of every point.
  • Setup of the recorder, controller or panel, including remote access from a phone.
  • System testing and a hand-over briefing for your staff.

What drives the price

  • The number of points — cameras, doors, detectors, outlets. This is the bulk of the quote.
  • Whether cable routes already exist. With trays and conduit in place the work is roughly a quarter cheaper.
  • Installation height. Above 4.5 metres lifts and fall protection are required — a 40% surcharge in the price list.
  • Type of site. Warehouses and production floors mean longer routes and harder access.
  • Identification type in access control: cards cost about half of biometrics.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the calculator?
It is a guide based on our standard price list for installation work: it shows the range a site with these parameters usually falls into. A firm quote follows a site visit, where the engineer checks the layout, the state of the routes and the ceiling height.
Does the figure include equipment?
No. The calculator prices the work only: mounting, cable laying, termination and commissioning. Cameras, recorders, controllers and detectors can be bought from our catalogue or supplied by you — it does not change the installation price.
Is the site visit chargeable?
No, the survey visit within Tashkent is free. The engineer comes at a time that suits you, takes measurements and confirms where the routes will run.
Why a range instead of a single figure?
The range covers what cannot be seen remotely: the real length of the routes, wall construction, whether concrete has to be chased, and how hard access is. The lower bound is a straightforward site, the upper one carries a margin.
Do you work with companies under contract?
Yes. We work under contract with completion certificates and a warranty, accept bank transfer and issue invoices. For larger projects we produce a full design and specification.
What does CCTV cost for a private house?
A 250 m² house with six cameras and a video door entry runs about 3.6–4.5 million UZS for the labour. Most of that is not the cameras but the cable routes: in a house the cable runs around the perimeter and out to the gate. With ducts already in place the work is roughly a quarter cheaper.
How much is installing one camera?
An indoor camera starts at 155,000 UZS, an outdoor one at 180,000, a PTZ at 310,000. On top of that come the point setup, commissioning and the cable run to the recorder. A single camera on its own is subject to our minimum order of 560,000 UZS.
What is the cable laying price per metre?
Surface laying starts at 7,000 UZS per metre, pulling into an existing tray or conduit at 5,500. Where no routes exist, conduit and chasing are added — and we price those by route length, not per cable, so a bundle of ten cables does not cost ten times more.
