Site specifics

Zones with different access levels

Admissions is open to everyone, while operating rooms, the pharmacy and medication posts demand strict control. We design access control by zone: each staff category gets its own rights and schedule.

Tactful video surveillance

Filming is unacceptable in wards and consulting rooms, and necessary in corridors and halls. We place cameras to control movement without violating patients' privacy.

Staff panic buttons

Reception and admissions are conflict zones. We install hidden panic buttons wired to the guard post with the event fixed in the archive.

How we run the project

  1. 1
Design with medical specifics in mind

We agree equipment placement with the chief physician and the epidemiologist: materials that survive wet cleaning, routes outside sterile zones.

  2. 2
    Installation without stopping admissions

The clinic keeps working: noisy jobs go into off-hours, departments close in turn, sterile zones follow a separate schedule.

  3. 3
    Access control and staff records

We configure access to departments, the pharmacy and the server room, and attach time attendance for shift schedules.

  4. 4
    Fire safety and handover

We install the fire alarm and announcements per healthcare norms and verify evacuation scenarios for reduced-mobility patients.

Challenges and how we solve them

Round-the-clock operation

The inpatient ward never closes for the night. We plan work in small sections and keep systems running at every stage — switchovers take minutes, not hours.

Interference with equipment

Near diagnostic machines we route cables with electromagnetic compatibility in mind and use shielded cable.

Footage requests

Patients, insurers and the police request footage. We set an export procedure with logging, so the clinic releases clips lawfully and quickly.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

Can cameras be placed in wards?
No, wards and consultation rooms are never filmed. Cameras go into corridors, halls, entrances and the grounds — enough for security without violating privacy.
The clinic runs around the clock — how will installation go?
We work in small sections without stopping admissions: departments close in turn for a few hours, and the inpatient ward is untouched at night. The schedule is agreed with the chief physician.
What does access control for a clinic include?
Card access to departments, the pharmacy, laboratories and the server room, staff time tracking by shifts, panic buttons at the posts and a link to security.
