Site specifics
A city system is hundreds of cameras, kilometers of trunk lines and a demand to work always. We design redundancy of channels, power and storage: one node's failure must not black out a segment.
Watching thousands of streams by eye is impossible. Face and plate recognition, crowd and incident detection bring the operator only the events that need a response.
A city's video archive is a large data volume. We build a data center with a storage system, archive depth calculated by camera category and an access procedure for the agencies.
How we run the project
- 1Concept and phasing
We divide the city into rollout phases: intersections and social facilities first, then the neighborhoods. Each phase is a complete working loop.
- 2Trunk channels
We design and build fiber with redundant routes; aggregation nodes go into protected rooms with guaranteed power.
- 3The situation center
We deploy the video wall, operator workstations and response procedures — drawing on the center we built for Ucell.
- 4Trial operation
For the first months we work alongside the client: calibrating analytics, reducing false alarms, tuning the reporting.
Challenges and how we solve them
Mounting on lighting poles and facades requires approvals from infrastructure owners. We take this work on ourselves and put honest terms into the schedule.
Rain, shadows and foliage generate false events. We calibrate scenes on site and tune zones of interest — analytics quality is made by hand, not by a checkbox.
Police, utilities and the administration all use the system. We build a role model with logging: each sees their own, every access is recorded.

How we work
SAT Solutions terms of work
Installation work is covered for 3 years; equipment for 1 to 3 years per the manufacturer. Warranty visits within one business day.
3 engineers and 15 installers on staff, no subcontractors. We work in Tashkent and across Uzbekistan.
Site visits in Tashkent are free and happen on the day you call. Regions by arrangement.
After the survey we prepare an estimate and a commercial proposal within one business day. No obligation.
Contract with a legal entity, invoice, VAT-compliant billing, acceptance acts and as-built documentation. We also work with private clients.
