Video analytics turns cameras from a "just in case" archive into a system that works on its own: it recognises faces and license plates, counts visitors, guards the perimeter, spots abandoned objects and crowds — in real time, without an operator glued to a monitor. An honest fact about "live" monitoring: a person stops noticing events on screens after about twenty minutes of watching. Analytics does not tire or get distracted — it raises the alarm itself and shows the operator only what needs a decision: a perimeter line crossed, a face from a stop list, a car not on the whitelist. The operator turns from a watcher into a responder.

Facial recognition plays two roles. In access control it is a contactless pass: the terminal tells a live face from a photo and lets an employee through in a fraction of a second. In security it is a list filter: the system checks faces against "unwanted" and VIP databases and quietly notifies the guards or a manager. For banks and retail it is a working tool — from fraud prevention to personally greeting an important client.

For retail, analytics is a source of numbers the till cannot give. Visitor counting and conversion to receipts, heat maps of the floor — where shoppers linger and which shelves they bypass — queue detection at the tills with an alert to the administrator when it is time to open another one. Marketing gets data for decisions: how a new layout changed the flow, whether the window display worked, which hours need a stronger shift.

Security analytics covers the perimeter and zones. A virtual line on the image replaces kilometers of sensor cable: a crossing is an alarm with video confirmation. Human/vehicle classification algorithms — AcuSense on Hikvision, WizSense on Dahua — tell a person or a car from a dog, a bird or a swaying branch — an order of magnitude fewer false alarms than plain motion detection. Abandoned object, loitering and restricted-zone detection completes the picture at stations, malls and factories.

Analytics lives in two places: on the camera and on a server. Modern Hikvision and Dahua cameras carry basic algorithms on board — enough for perimeter and detection without spending on servers. Recognition against large face databases, counting across a store chain and complex scenarios need an AI server platform. We price both options honestly and often add analytics to cameras already installed — no fleet replacement.

Deployment starts with scenarios, not a price list: what must happen on an alarm, who gets notified and where, which reports the management needs. Then a pilot on one or two cameras, sensitivity tuning for the site, and rollout. We provide a warranty, train the operators and support the system. We work across Tashkent and all of Uzbekistan.
