Smart Home in Tashkent — System Installation

A smart home brings lighting, climate, curtains, CCTV, security and everyday scenarios together in one smartphone app. SAT Solutions designs and installs smart home systems for apartments, houses, offices and serviced flats — from a couple of scenes on a finished interior to full automation designed in at the construction stage.

The value of a smart home is not a lamp switched from a phone, but scenarios that remove routine. "Morning": curtains open, light fades in gently, the air conditioner leaves night mode. "Away": all lights go off, the sockets with the iron and curling wand are de-energised, security arms itself. "Vacation": the house simulates presence, switching lights on in the evenings. A scenario configured once fires by button, schedule or geofence — and changes daily life more than any single gadget.

Security is the part of a smart home that pays for itself fastest. A leak sensor shuts the water with a motorised valve within seconds — before the neighbours below are flooded; a smoke sensor wakes you at night and sends an alert even when you are away; contact and motion sensors act as a burglar alarm with a siren and phone alerts. Cameras and the video intercom live in the same app: the doorbell rings on your smartphone wherever you are.

Wired or wireless is the main fork, and the choice depends on the renovation stage. Wireless solutions on Zigbee and Wi-Fi (Tuya, Tapo) go onto a finished interior with no chasing: relays hide in wall boxes, sensors stick on and run on batteries for years. A wired bus is laid during construction: it is more robust, independent of the radio environment and made for large houses. We say honestly where wireless is enough — and that is most apartments.

Climate is automated by sensors, not by feel: air conditioners, floor heating and humidifiers hold the set temperature and humidity per room, dial down at night and return to comfort before you arrive. Voice control connects to the assistant you already use; lighting is built on smart switches, not just smart bulbs — so the ordinary wall key keeps working for everyone who does not want to reach for a phone.

The main risk of a DIY build is a zoo of incompatible apps: bulbs in one, sockets in another, cameras in a third. We build the system on a single platform where all devices see each other and take part in shared scenarios, and the family uses one app with sensible permissions: kids control the light in their room, adults control everything.

We work in stages: the survey and scenario design are free, then a design with the equipment list, installation, automation setup and training for the family or staff. The cost depends on the number of devices and the system type: a starter apartment kit takes about a week from request to working scenarios. We provide a warranty, support the system and extend it as new requests come. We work across Tashkent and all of Uzbekistan.
