Automatic Barrier Gate Installation in Tashkent

A barrier restricts and organises vehicle entry: the boom rises from a remote, by card, by phone call, or automatically on plate recognition. SAT Solutions supplies and installs automatic barriers for parking lots, courtyards, enterprises, business centers and residential complexes.

We match the barrier to the lane width and traffic intensity, mount the cabinet and boom, install photocells and safety loops, and connect remotes, fobs and plate recognition (ANPR) with a whitelist. The barrier integrates with the parking system and access control.

We install equipment rated for intensive duty, configure the passage logic and protection against lowering onto a car. Turnkey installation across Tashkent and Uzbekistan — with a warranty and service.

A barrier is chosen by boom length and duty cycle: a residential courtyard is fine with a domestic model opening in three to five seconds, while a paid parking lot, warehouse or checkpoint with constant flow needs an intensive drive rated for thousands of cycles a day and for frost and heat. Booms come straight, folding for low ceilings, and with a skirt when the passage must be closed to more than just cars.

A barrier rarely stands alone — it is usually part of a parking complex. Entry opens by plate recognition (ANPR), card, remote, phone call or a guard's command; guests get a door panel or a one-time QR code. The system ties into access control and CCTV: the entry log is stored with video, and a residential complex can set a per-apartment car limit. Paid parking adds ticket dispensers and time tracking.

The price of a vehicle entrance is built from boom length, drive duty class and the access control method — and it is far more than the barrier itself. The estimate includes the foundation or embed for the cabinet, the power supply, photocells and a warning lamp, and a loop detector or vehicle presence sensor. We quote the entrance as a whole, so that on installation day the lamp, the loop and the cable run to the guard post do not turn out to be "not included".

A barrier's lifespan is set by the drive and the maintenance. The balancing spring is tuned to the specific boom, and its adjustment should be checked once a season: an unbalanced drive wears out several times faster. Winter is its own exam: gearbox lubrication, photocell operation in snow, cabinet heating on open sites. Under a service contract we run seasonal checks and keep typical spares in stock — entrance downtime is measured in hours, not days.

Installation takes one or two days: a foundation or an embedded plate, cabinet mounting, boom balancing, photocells, a loop detector and control setup. From the client only 220 V power at the installation point is needed; everything else — routes to the guard post, a call panel, the link to the ANPR camera and access control — is on us. Before launch we train the guards and configure the emergency mode: on power loss the boom releases manually, so the entrance never becomes a trap.
