Barrier Gate with Licence Plate Recognition: How It Works

Automatic entry by car number: how an ANPR system works, what it includes and where it is used.

How automatic entry works

An ANPR camera reads the licence plate of an approaching car and, if it is on the whitelist, the barrier opens by itself — no cards, fobs or guard. Every passage is logged with a photo and timestamp.

This removes entrance queues and the human factor: authorised cars pass in seconds.

What the system includes

A motorised barrier, a plate recognition camera, a controller, safety photocells (so the boom never drops onto a car), remotes for guests and software with white and black lists. Paid parking adds entry/exit tariffing.

The barrier integrates with ACS and the parking system into a single solution.

Where it is used

Residential complexes, business centres, car parks, enterprises and guarded territories — anywhere a controlled yet convenient entrance is needed.

We install ANPR barriers turnkey in Tashkent and across Uzbekistan — with warranty and service.
