Barrier gates — guide & FAQ
Barrier gates by Hikvision, ZKTeco, Dahua and KANIHAD, booms, remotes and safety sensors — from Tashkent stock, with turnkey installation and connection to access control and number-plate recognition. This section has Hikvision barriers of the DS-TMG300, DS-TMG320 and DS-TMG4B0 series, the Dahua IPMECD-1052, ZKTeco BGM400, BGM500, BGM1000, BGM1060, the high-speed BGM2000, the folding PB4130, the servo-driven ProBG8000, the CMP200 and the BG-LCD100 with an LCD boom, the KANIHAD BGM350 and the Plock 2 parking barrier. Alongside them is everything the drive needs: replacement booms up to 6 metres, 433 MHz remotes with receivers, a Wi-Fi module for smartphone control, an induction loop, a vehicle detector and radars. A barrier gate is chosen by three parameters: boom length (3–6 m openings), duty cycle, and the control method — remote, card, phone call or licence plate recognition (ANPR). An ANPR camera removes remotes entirely: registered cars pass without stopping, guests are let in by the guard, and every pass is logged with a photo. Left- and right-hand versions matter. The cabinet goes on the side of the lane where there is room and power, and the boom has to open the right way, so many models come in two versions — L and R, or left-hand and right-hand. When ordering we confirm which side the post will stand on. Folding booms suit low canopies and car parks with a ceiling; long and telescopic booms suit wide entrances. The boom must never come down on a car or a person, and protection is best built in two layers. An induction loop in the asphalt or a vehicle detector keeps the boom up while a car is under it. A radar — the Hikvision DS-TMG034 or the ZKTeco VR10 Pro, for example — watches the area under the boom without cutting into the surface. For residential compounds and business centres we specify both. Entrance installation is half the result. A barrier needs a foundation or embeds, power supply, photocells and a loop detector so the boom never drops onto a car; a turnstile needs floor anchoring, railings and a mandatory gate for wheelchair users and evacuation. On a fire alarm the entrance must unlock automatically — this link goes into the design. Winter is its own exam: an intensive drive must run in frost, and a soft start must not tear a frozen boom. We configure winter modes at installation; after that the equipment needs seasonal lubrication, adjustments and fresh remote batteries. That way the entrance works for years, not until the first of January. We supply ZKTeco and Hikvision from Tashkent stock, install turnkey (foundation, induction loops, automation), and integrate with access control and 1C — across Uzbekistan. The price of a barrier-plus-ANPR kit is fixed before work starts — send the entrance plan and get an estimate within a day. Q: How much does a barrier gate with installation cost? A: A boom 4–6 m plus drive and installation ranges from budget ZKTeco to heavy-duty Hikvision; the exact price depends on the opening and automation. The site visit and estimate are free. Q: Can a barrier be opened from a phone? A: Yes: by a call from an allowed number, from the mobile app, or automatically by plate recognition (ANPR). Q: What is the difference between left- and right-hand barrier models? A: The side the drive cabinet stands on. It goes where there is room and power, so the entrance layout is needed for the order — we will advise from a photo or a plan. Q: How do I stop a barrier from coming down on a car? A: Fit a loop or a vehicle detector plus a safety radar: the boom stays up while a car or a person is under it. On busy entrances we install both sensors.
