The ZKTeco ProBG8000 barrier is built on a servo drive: it controls boom movement more precisely, provides soft start and stop and holds position better in wind. The operating range is −40 to +75 °C, remote range up to 100 meters in the open, and the boom is 3, 4.5 or 6 meters.

Frequently asked questions
Why is a servo drive better than an ordinary motor?
It controls the speed and position of the boom more precisely, brakes more gently and wears the mechanism less.
Does the barrier work in strong wind?
The servo drive holds the boom more steadily. For very windy sites the wind loading is calculated separately.
Can backup power be connected?
Yes, the 24 V supply allows a battery to be connected for operation during a mains failure.
