In a school or kindergarten the task is stated simply: an outsider must not get in, and parents must know the child arrived and left. This is covered by access control at the entrance — a turnstile or gate with a card or face recognition — and CCTV on the entrance groups, corridors, grounds and the fence perimeter. The entry system keeps a log, and with notifications connected a parent receives an alert when the child enters or leaves.
The second mandatory layer is fire safety and a panic button. An automatic fire alarm with voice evacuation is compulsory in educational institutions and is handed over to the supervising authorities with a design and as-built documentation. The panic button goes to the guard post or a monitoring station, and evacuation exit doors are fitted so that a fire automation signal releases them.
We design and install such systems around the academic calendar: main works run during holidays so as not to disturb classes, and staged handover is agreed with the administration. Equipment is chosen with a reliability margin — school hardware lives in harsher conditions than office hardware. We work across Tashkent and all of Uzbekistan and prepare documents for public procurement and tenders.

Site specifics
In the morning hundreds of pupils pass the school entrance within 20–30 minutes. We calculate throughput and install as many turnstiles as needed to avoid a crowd at the door — not one for all.
A child's passage is registered by card or face, and parents receive entry and exit notifications. It is the schools' main request, and we configure it from the start, not as an afterthought.
The yard, sports ground and rear entrances are where most incidents happen. We design coverage along pupils' real routes, not only the facade.
How we run the project

We respect the timetable: installation during lessons is limited, so the bulk of the work is planned for holidays and the second shift.
- 2The entrance group
Turnstiles, a gate for reduced-mobility visitors and guests, a video intercom for parents — the entrance works as a single node with the guard post.
- 3Cameras and announcements
We cover corridors, entrances and the grounds, install the school PA and verify audibility in every wing.
- 4Launch and training
We issue cards, load the pupil database, and train the guards and the deputy head to run the system and export footage.
Challenges and how we solve them
Pupils lose cards constantly. We set up quick duplicate issue at the post and, where the school agrees, add face recognition as a backup way through.
Equipment within reach suffers first. We use vandal-proof housings, mount cameras above two meters and take reinforced turnstiles.
Turnstiles must open on the fire signal. We link the entrance to the fire alarm and verify the evacuation scenario at handover — a requirement, not an option.
