Access control and CCTV at the Damira Beverages plant
A complete security package for the new Damira Beverages drinks plant in Tashkent: turnstiles and 112 Hikvision access points, face recognition, time attendance, ANPR at the entrances, Dahua CCTV and 67 km of cable routes across the site.
About the project
SAT Solutions specialists delivered the full low-voltage package at the new Damira Beverages Enterprise drinks plant (dbe.uz) in Tashkent — from the gatehouses to the production halls and the perimeter.
Access control (Hikvision):
- 8 DS-K3B501SX turnstile sections and swing gates at the gatehouses
- 112 access points: readers, electromagnetic locks, exit buttons
- 12 face recognition terminals at key entrances
- 32 DS-K2604T network access controllers, HikCentral Professional software for 130 doors
- time attendance module: automatic staff timesheets
- automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) at the entrances, barriers and traffic control
CCTV:
- Dahua IP cameras in the workshops, warehouses and around the perimeter
- overview PTZ cameras, recorders with a multi-terabyte archive
Plant network infrastructure:
- 67 km of cable routes, including 42 km of category 6 twisted pair
- around 20 km of fibre backbone: splicing, patch panels, all-weather outdoor cabinets
- dozens of telecom cabinets, patch panels, PoE switches
The result: the plant has a single security system — entry by card and face, accurate time records, vehicle control at the entrances and full video coverage of production.
