What server do I need for 1C?
It depends on the number of users and database size: for up to 20 users, a basic-level server is sufficient; for larger databases, we'll configure a system with fast NVMe drives and extra RAM. We'll match it to your specific numbers.
What brands do you supply?
Supermicro, Lenovo ThinkSystem, and H3C UniServer (we're an H3C partner), data storage systems — on request and other vendors. Everything is new with official warranty.
How long does server delivery take?
Servers are assembled to order at the vendor's warehouse — exact timeframe depends on components and is confirmed in the quote. Popular configurations arrive faster.
Will you help with installation and setup?
Absolutely: rack mounting, RAID configuration, OS and hypervisor installation, data migration from your old server — we deliver a ready-to-work system.
Is it better to buy your own server or use cloud?
With steady workload, your own server pays for itself in 1.5–3 years and your data stays with you. We'll calculate both options honestly for your specific needs.
Do you provide warranty?
Vendor warranty on equipment plus our service contracts — from consultations to full maintenance with on-site support.
