Server hardware in Tashkent: built-to-order servers, storage and components
We supply server hardware for a defined workload rather than whatever happens to be in stock, and we stand behind the configuration carrying that workload. We work with Supermicro, Lenovo ThinkSystem and H3C UniServer — SAT is an H3C partner — and supply storage systems, disk shelves, memory, drives, RAID controllers and network cards. You can buy a ready platform or a machine built for you with the operating system already installed.
A database server is specified differently from a file server: core frequency, memory and disk speed decide the outcome, so we use NVMe drives and a write-cached RAID controller, and size the core count by the number of concurrent sessions. An office server is a broader but lighter job — domain controller, file storage, mail, backups, sometimes a video archive — and we build it on one machine with headroom for virtualisation.
For virtualisation and clusters we size resources with failover in mind: two or three nodes, shared storage and spare memory for the loss of a node. Where data grows faster than the drives inside a server, an expandable storage system costs less than replacing the server. Video archive capacity is calculated from camera count, bitrate and retention rather than estimated.
Delivery covers more than the hardware: rack mounting, RAID setup, operating system or hypervisor installation, migration from your existing equipment, vendor warranty and, where needed, a service contract with a defined response time. If there is no server room or data centre yet, we design and build one separately — racks, UPS, precision cooling, structured cabling and access control. Send us the workload, user count and data volume and we will come back with a configuration, a price and a lead time.
