License Plate Recognition (ANPR) in Tashkent
ANPR systems automatically read vehicle license plates at entry and exit: the barrier or gate opens for whitelisted "own" cars without stopping, and every passage is logged with a snapshot. SAT Solutions installs plate recognition for parking lots, residential complexes, enterprises, fuel stations and guarded territories — from a single entrance to a network of sites with a shared plate database.
The main win of ANPR is dropping remotes, cards and calls to the guard. A remote gets lost or handed to anyone, a card means rolling the window down in the rain, and a guard spends minutes finding out "who is here for whom". A license plate is harder to fake than a fob is to lend, the car enters without stopping, and the morning queue at a residential complex gate simply disappears.
Recognition accuracy is decided at installation, not by buying "the most expensive camera". The camera is mounted at the right angle to the lane, at a height where the plate is not blocked by the next car; IR illumination reads plates at night and against headlights; a wide entrance gets a camera per lane. We also handle the hard cases: dirty plates, transit and foreign formats, motorcycles.
Passage logic is configured to the site's rules. A whitelist opens the barrier for residents and staff; a blacklist blocks unwanted vehicles and calls security; guests enter by one-time request, phone call or QR code. For residential complexes we set per-apartment car limits and guest hours; for business centers, tenant zones; for factories, delivery truck windows tied to waybills.
ANPR rarely lives alone — it is usually part of a system. With a barrier or gate it forms an automatic entrance; with access control, one database: the same employee at the turnstile and the parking; with CCTV, an evidential picture: every passage stored with a snapshot and video. A paid parking lot adds ticket dispensers, pay stations and time-based tariffs — a complete parking complex.
Deployment starts with a free site visit: we examine the entrance geometry, lighting, and mounting spots for cameras and the barrier. A typical entrance takes one or two days to install, including list setup and training for the guards and the administrator: you will add and remove plates yourself, with no contractor call-outs. Equipment is Hikvision and Dahua from our Tashkent warehouse.
The cost depends on the number of lanes and cameras, the barrier and the integrations: one residential entrance is one budget, a network of checkpoints with a shared database is another. We warrant the hardware and the work and service the system afterwards: lens cleaning, accuracy monitoring, software updates. We work across Tashkent and all of Uzbekistan.

Three standard plate recognition setups
We price every site individually: send a photo of the entrance and how many cars pass per day, and we return a quote with an exact estimate within one business day.
