The ZKTeco VR10 Pro vehicle detection radar solves the main problem of barriers — the boom coming down on a car. The 79 GHz radar sees vehicles in a zone from 1 to 6 meters and holds the boom up until the car has left the lane. Unlike an induction loop, the radar does not require cutting the asphalt.

Why is radar better than an induction loop?

Does the radar react to pedestrians?

Adjusting the zone and sensitivity rules out unwanted triggers. The exact configuration is set during commissioning.

Will the radar work with another manufacturer's barrier?
