How an attendance system works
A terminal goes at the entrance: an employee or pupil checks in by face (Face ID), fingerprint or card. The system logs arrival and departure times automatically, flags lateness and builds the timesheet itself.
The difference from a paper log is fundamental: nobody can check in for someone else — a face or a fingerprint cannot be handed over — and the report exports in one click.
For schools and learning centres
In schools attendance ties into parent notifications: the child enters the school — a message arrives on the parent's phone. Many private schools install the system for this feature alone.
Learning centres track attendance by group and can link it to payments: attended lessons are counted automatically.
For offices and manufacturing
In an office attendance merges with time tracking: lateness, overtime, timesheet export to 1C. Paired with a turnstile it also covers access control.
Factories need shift schedules, night shifts and hundreds of staff — ZKTeco and Hikvision terminals pass several people per second.
What it costs
A system with one Face ID terminal and setup starts from a few million UZS for a small office. For a school or a factory the price follows the number of entrances and people; turnstiles increase the estimate.
The engineer's visit and estimate are free. Terminals from stock in Tashkent; installation usually takes a day; 1C integration is configured separately.
How to order
Describe the task: how many people, how many entrances, where the timesheet goes. We match terminals and quote the exact installed price within a day.
We work with legal entities under VAT contracts. Official warranty on equipment, company warranty on installation.
FAQ
How much does an attendance system cost?
With one Face ID terminal and setup — from a few million UZS. The exact price depends on entrances and headcount — the estimate is free.
Are there parent notifications for schools?
Yes: when the child checks in, the parent gets a notification. It is the most requested feature among schools.
Do you integrate with 1C?
Yes, the timesheet exports to 1C automatically — ready data goes straight into payroll.
Can someone check in for a colleague?
Not with a face or a fingerprint: biometrics rejects another person. That is why we recommend biometric terminals over cards.
How long does installation take?
One terminal — a few hours. A full system with turnstiles — 1–2 days.
