What the price is made of
An alarm estimate has four parts: the control panel (the system's brain), the sensors (motion, opening, glass break), the notification path (siren, app, optionally a monitoring station) and the installation. The panel and sensors carry most of the hardware cost.
The main fork is wired versus wireless. Wireless costs more in hardware but installs in half a day with no chasing: for a finished renovation it almost always wins. Wired is cheaper in hardware and never needs batteries, but requires cabling — it is planned at renovation stage.
Apartment and house
The base kit for an apartment: a panel, two or three motion sensors, opening sensors on the entrance door, a siren. Control from a fob or the app, alarm notifications on the phone. In catalogue money that reads as follows: the ready-made Hikvision AX PRO kit DS-PWA64-Kit-WB costs 2 189 900 UZS. Assembled piece by piece the same functions come out dearer: the DS-PWA64-L-WB hub is 1 335 900 UZS, the wireless motion detector DS-PDC15-EG2-WB 395 900 UZS, the magnetic door contact DS-PDMCS-EG2-WB 197 900 UZS, the outdoor siren DS-PS1-E-WB 791 900 UZS and the DS-PT-M1 fob 30 890 UZS. Catalogue prices as of September 2026, installation not included.
A private house adds an outdoor perimeter: opening sensors on every ground-floor door and window, an outdoor siren, optionally pet-immune outdoor motion sensors. A house costs one and a half to two times more than an apartment because of the zone count, and the arithmetic is straightforward: each extra magnetic contact is 197 900 UZS, a motion detector 395 900 UZS, the DS-PDBG8-EG2-WB glass-break detector 395 900 UZS, and the dual-technology outdoor detector DS-PDD12P 692 900 UZS. A large house takes the 96-zone DS-PWA96-M-WB panel at 1 979 900 UZS or the DS-PWA96-Kit-WB kit at 2 969 900 UZS.
Store and office
In a commercial site the alarm solves two tasks: guarding the premises at night and a panic button for daytime conflicts. Motion sensors in the hall and back room, opening and glass-break sensors on the storefront, separate arming by zone — the stockroom stays armed while the floor works. What that adds to a shop estimate: the DS-PDEB1-EG2-WB panic button at 184 900 UZS, the DS-PK1-E-WB arming keypad at 580 900 UZS, its screen version DS-PK1-LT-WB at 1 979 900 UZS, and the DS-PDPC12P motion detector with a camera that photographs the alarm moment at 939 900 UZS.
Here the alarm is almost always linked to CCTV: the alert arrives with a frame, and in seconds you know whether it is a burglar or a cat knocking over a box. That link removes almost all false call-outs.
Central monitoring: to connect or not
An app-notification alarm is cheaper, but at three in the morning the one reacting is you. A monitoring company adds a monthly fee, and in exchange a patrol drives to the site.
A sensible compromise for many sites: your own notifications with video confirmation plus a panic button wired to the station. We build systems for any scenario and help connect to monitoring companies.
Where you can and cannot save
You can: skip a sensor in every room — smart placement covers the intruder's paths with fewer zones; take a panel without unused expansion modules; pair the alarm with cameras you already have.
You cannot: on backup power (a blackout must not disarm the site), on cheap-brand sensors with false alarms, and on DIY installation — a badly placed sensor either stays silent or wakes you every night.
How to get the exact price
The exact estimate appears after a survey: zone count, cable runs, wired or wireless scheme. In Tashkent the engineer's visit and the calculation are free — we come, count and offer two or three options for the budget.
We work with proven equipment: Hikvision AX PRO wireless kits — the DS-PWA64-Kit-WB at 2 189 900 UZS and the DS-PWA96-Kit-WB at 2 969 900 UZS — and wired systems for large sites: the Signal-20P panel at 1 174 900 UZS, the Signal-20M at 1 793 900 UZS and the S2000M console at 2 034 900 UZS. Everything carries the official warranty; systems we installed ourselves are taken onto a maintenance contract.
FAQ
How long do wireless sensor batteries last?
Usually two to four years depending on the sensor and trigger frequency. The system warns about low charge in advance — replacement takes minutes.
Can I install an alarm in a rented apartment?
Yes, a wireless kit installs without drilling and moves with you: the panel and sensors mount on tape and come off without a trace.
Which is better: an alarm or cameras?
Different jobs: cameras record and show, an alarm raises the alert instantly. The best result is the pair: an alert with video confirmation and no false call-outs.
