What makes up the cost of ACS
The price of an access control system depends on the number of entry points, the identification type (card, code, fingerprint, face), the locking devices (lock or turnstile) and the software. The more doors and the more complex the access logic, the higher the hardware and installation cost.
Integration is priced separately — with time attendance, CCTV or 1C. A basic single-door ACS is inexpensive; a checkpoint with turnstiles and biometrics costs more.
From cards to biometrics
The most budget-friendly option is card readers with an electromagnetic lock on one door. Biometric terminals (fingerprint, facial recognition) and turnstiles for high-traffic checkpoints cost more.
We balance price against the task: sometimes cards are enough, sometimes biometrics is needed, and at the checkpoint — a turnstile with time attendance.
