Description
The H3C MSR810 is a compact enterprise router for a small office and branch connections. Five gigabit ports for WAN and LAN, forwarding up to 400 Mbit/s. It combines a router, firewall and VPN gateway in one desktop unit, so a small office does not need three separate boxes.
Advantages
- Three devices in one: routing, firewall and VPN gateway
- VPN over IPsec, GRE and L2TP for a secure link to head office
- SD-WAN features for working with several communication links
- The desktop form needs no rack — it sits on a shelf in a back room
- Traffic management through QoS and a built-in DHCP server
Applications
- Small offices and retail outlets
- Branches with a VPN connection to head office
- Remote sites with one or two links
- Replacing a consumer router with a corporate solution
Frequently asked questions
Is 400 Mbit/s enough for an office?
For dozens of workplaces with ordinary office load, yes. With heavy traffic and active VPN it is worth looking at the higher models.
Why is this router better than a consumer one?
Enterprise reliability, full VPN, flexible routing and predictable behavior under load.
Who configures the VPN to head office?
SAT Solutions is an H3C partner in Uzbekistan: we select the equipment, configure the links and hand over turnkey.
