Ports 1–4 provide Hi-PoE power up to 90 W each, which allows simultaneously powering several PTZ cameras, thermal imagers or other high-load equipment. Can Hi-PoE be used on all 24 ports?

No, Hi-PoE with power up to 90 W is available only on ports 1–4. The remaining 20 ports work according to the 802.3af/at standard with power up to 30 W.

How to most effectively distribute the 370 W budget among devices?

Connect the most powerful devices (PTZ, thermal imagers) to ports 1–4 with Hi-PoE, and standard cameras to the remaining ports. The total consumption should not exceed 370 W.

Does the switch support a function to reboot a frozen PoE device?

The basic unmanaged version does not provide a PoE watchdog function. For remote restart of cameras, we recommend considering managed switches of the Hikvision series.
