Description

Hikvision DS-3E2752P-H(B) is a managed L3 access switch with 48 Gigabit PoE+ ports and four 10G SFP+ ports for connecting to the network core. A total PoE budget of 375 W and up to 35 W per port let you power IP cameras, Wi-Fi access points and other PoE devices directly from the switch, while ports 1–24 carry power and data over distances of up to 250 m. Built-in routing — static, OSPFv2, RIPv1/v2 and policy-based routing (PBR) — splits the network into segments and offloads the core equipment. A switching capacity of 176 Gbps and a forwarding rate of 130.94 Mpps are designed for all ports working simultaneously. The 1U chassis with three fans and 6 kV surge protection mounts in a 19" rack.

Advantages

  • 48 Gigabit PoE+ ports (IEEE 802.3af/at) — one switch serves a large section of cameras and access points
  • 375 W PoE budget, up to 35 W per port — power headroom for PoE+ class devices
  • PoE up to 250 m on ports 1–24 — remote cameras connect over a single cable without intermediate equipment
  • L3 routing: static, OSPFv2, RIPv1/v2, PBR and BFD — segmentation of video surveillance, access control and office networks
  • Stacking of up to 9 switches, LACP and MLAG aggregation — unified management and link redundancy
  • Access security: 802.1X, L2–L4 ACL, DHCP Snooping, IP Source Guard, ARP attack protection

Applications

  • Large video surveillance systems — access layer for PoE-powered IP cameras
  • Campuses, business centers and educational institutions — floor or building switch with 10G uplinks
  • Production sites and warehouses — connecting remote cameras at distances of up to 250 m
  • Wireless networks — powering and connecting PoE+ access points
  • Sites with separated networks — routing between security system and office VLANs

Frequently asked questions

How many devices can the switch power?
The total PoE budget is 375 W, with up to 35 W per port. The number of devices depends on their consumption: the combined power of the connected PoE devices must stay within 375 W.
Which routing protocols are supported?
For IPv4 — static routing, OSPFv2, RIPv1/v2, policy-based routing (PBR) and BFD; for IPv6 — static routing and PBR.
How is the switch connected to the network core?
Four SFP+ ports running at 10G or 1G are intended for uplinks. The switches can also be stacked into a group of up to 9 units and aggregate links via LACP and MLAG.
