The fan is designed primarily for KANIHAD UNIT series cabinets, however if the mounting dimensions match it can also be used in other 19" standard racks.

No, the device connects via an ordinary Euro plug to a standard 220 V socket, like any household appliance.
Is one fan sufficient to cool a cabinet?
For cabinets with a small thermal load one fan is sufficient; with a high density of active equipment a unit of 2 or 4 fans is recommended.
