The Dahua DHI-HY-TCDZ4 base is the mounting plate for HY-series addressable detectors. The base is fixed to the ceiling, the loop cable is terminated in it and the detector itself locks in with a twist. This design lets detectors be removed and replaced without undoing any wiring — important during maintenance, repairs and finishing works.
