Fire Alarm System Price in Tashkent: Turnkey Costs

The cost combines design, equipment (control panel, detectors, sounders, cable) and installation. Key multipliers are floor area, ceiling height and system type: conventional is cheaper and fits small premises; addressable (Rubezh, Bolid, Dahua) is the standard for offices, shops and warehouses where the exact alarm point matters.

A practical reference is the price per point (detector with cable and labour). A small office or shop usually starts from 5–10 million UZS turnkey; sites over 500 m² are quoted per design.

Here is the breakdown at actual catalogue prices as of September 2026 — design, cable and installation excluded. A small office or shop of three to five rooms is covered by a conventional system: a Bolid Signal-20P control panel at 1 174 900 UZS, eight Rubezh IP 212-141 smoke detectors at 43 290 each for 346 320 UZS, two IPR 513-10 manual call points at 61 790 each for 123 580 UZS, two Rubezh SUZ OPOP 124-7 sounder beacons at 78 890 each for 157 780 UZS and two EXIT signs at 49 490 each for 98 980 UZS. The equipment comes to 1 901 560 UZS, or roughly 190 thousand per point.

An office of ten to fifteen rooms is better built on the addressable Orion loop: a Bolid S2000M control console at 2 034 900 UZS, an S2000-KDL loop controller at 1 026 900 UZS, fifteen DIP-34A-03 analogue addressable smoke detectors at 221 900 each for 3 328 500 UZS, three addressable IPR 513-3AM manual call points at 221 900 each for 665 700 UZS and two S2000-OST FIRE indicators at 357 900 each for 715 800 UZS. That is 7 771 800 UZS of equipment. An addressable detector costs five times more than a conventional one, but it saves cable, reports its own dust level and shows the exact room on the console rather than a whole loop.

If the codes require a voice evacuation and warning system, a separate chain is added: a Bolid Rupor-300 voice alarm unit rated 300 W at 12 374 900 UZS plus MC-740 wall speakers at 370 900 UZS each. The sum is significant, which is why the warning system class is fixed at the design stage: it follows from the building's use, storeys and occupancy, not from the client's preference.

Three cost items are absent from these figures yet always present in a real quotation. Cable: evacuation routes and zones with heightened fire safety requirements need ng(A)-FRLS grades, which cost more than ordinary ones. Installation and commissioning: quoted from the number of points and the complexity of the routes — chasing, suspended ceilings and high spans differ in labour. And the design: without it the inspection will not accept the system, and reworking costs more than designing properly the first time.

A fire alarm is not detectors on a ceiling but a system built to code: detector counts and spacing, notification zones, backup power. The design is also required for handover to the fire-safety inspection.

An installed alarm without maintenance is an expired extinguisher on the wall: formally present, practically absent. Resolution No. 649 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 20 October 2020 sets the order directly: maintenance and planned preventive repair follow an annual plan drawn up with regard to the manufacturer's documentation (clause 148), and the contract with a licensed organisation is signed within 30 days of the system being commissioned; if it is terminated, the emergency service authorities are notified within 24 hours (clause 149). The maintenance log is the first thing an inspector opens. Dust in detector chambers is the main source of false alarms that teach the staff to ignore the system.

We take onto a maintenance schedule the systems we installed ourselves: cleaning and testing detectors, checking the sounders, replacing batteries, keeping the log. If a site comes with someone else's system, the route is an upgrade: an audit with a defect list, replacement of panels and detectors with equipment we supply, and only then a maintenance contract.

An estimate often shows only the panel and the detectors, while cable, conduit or flexible metal tube, fixings and wall chasing disappear into a line called “other”. Ask for separate lines: fire-rated cable, commissioning, as-built documentation and the contractor's presence at handover to the inspectorate — without these items the site will not be accepted.
