What a fire safety system consists of
A complete system has four parts: a fire alarm (smoke and heat detectors, a control panel), a voice evacuation system, primary extinguishing means — extinguishers and fire cabinets — and marked, lit escape routes.
A small office often needs only an alarm and extinguishers. A shop, a warehouse, a workshop and any place where people gather also requires voice evacuation — one of the first things an inspection checks.
What is required of a business
Any commercial site must meet fire safety requirements: a working alarm, extinguishers within their service date, clear escape routes and a responsible employee. The inspector will also ask for documents: the system design, a maintenance contract, the extinguisher log.
The most common violations are expired extinguishers, dead detectors and escape exits blocked by storage. All of these carry fines up to suspension of operations.
What a fire alarm costs
The price depends on the number of rooms and the floor area: they determine the detectors, cable and panel type. Maintenance: the system must stay alive
Installing the system is half the job: a fire alarm needs regular maintenance, and the order of it is set by Resolution No. 649 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 20 October 2020. Clause 148: maintenance and planned preventive repair of fire protection systems follow an annual plan drawn up with regard to the equipment manufacturer's documentation. Clause 149: a contract with a licensed organisation is signed within 30 days of the system being put into operation, and if that contract is terminated the site notifies the emergency service authorities within 24 hours. Faults are fixed immediately, not 'someday' — during an inspection the officer also reads the maintenance log.
Detectors gather dust over time and either go silent or raise false alarms — both are dangerous: the first misses a fire, the second teaches staff to ignore the siren. We sign maintenance contracts for the systems we installed ourselves: visits on the annual plan, detector cleaning, log keeping and call-outs on failure.

The process is simple: an engineer visits, measures the site, prepares the design and the estimate. Installation on a small site takes 1–3 days. After the work you receive the full document package, ready for inspection.
