Description
Hikvision DS-96128NI-M16 is a 128-channel M series network video recorder in a 3U chassis for large video surveillance systems. It accepts IP cameras up to 32 MP (up to 8 cameras of 16–32 MP) with incoming and outgoing bandwidth of 400/400 Mbps and outputs video to an 8K monitor via HDMI 1 or to two 4K @ 60 Hz screens via HDMI 1 and HDMI 2. Recordings are stored on 16 hot-swap SATA hard drives, which are combined into RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10 arrays with N+M hot spare. The recorder is designed for systems where analytics are performed by smart cameras: it receives and stores events from people counting, license plate recognition and fisheye cameras. The video stream is protected with TLS encryption, and playback and download of recordings with dual verification.
