The Hikvision DS-KAB6-W1 mounting box lets a door station be installed on the wall surface where flush mounting is impossible — on a concrete fence, brickwork, a metal gate or a finished façade that must not be cut into. The metal body protects the station from precipitation and impact, and the cable entry is hidden inside.

How far will the station stand out from the wall?
By the thickness of the box — it is compact, but more noticeable than a flush version. In exchange, installation needs no recess in the wall.
Will the box protect the station from rain?
The outdoor version is rated for precipitation. We additionally recommend a canopy if the station is in an exposed position.
Will the box fit stations of other series?
It is designed for the KV6 series. Other models have their own mounting accessories — we will select one for your station.
