A Russian-made "Select" series fire delivery hose: 77 mm bore, 1.6 MPa working pressure. The latex-lined jacket with polymer coating withstands pressure, abrasion and kinks, outlasting cheaper equivalents. Used in building hydrant cabinets, with motor pumps and on fire apparatus.
