Description

Hikvision DS-2CD2643G2-LIZS2U/SL is a 4 MP bullet IP camera with AcuSense analytics and active deterrence. The key difference between the /SL version and the standard DS-2CD2643G2-LIZS2U is a white strobe light and a built-in 2 W speaker with a sound level of up to 120 dB (at 10 cm): on an event, the camera turns on the flashing light and plays an audible warning to scare off an intruder. The 2.8–12 mm motorized lens changes the field of view from 102.4° to 31.2° remotely, and Smart Hybrid Light covers a range of up to 60 m. A dual microphone array, WDR 120 dB and a microSD slot for up to 512 GB complete the package. The aluminum-alloy housing with IP67 protection and IK10 vandal resistance is powered via PoE 802.3at.

The /SL version adds a white strobe light and a built-in 2 W speaker (up to 120 dB at 10 cm): its event responses include an audible warning and a flashing light. As a result, consumption is higher — up to 14.5 W at 12 V and up to 18 W via PoE versus 13 W and 15 W for the standard version — and the hybrid illumination has 3 modes instead of 4. The sensor, 2.8–12 mm lens, 60 m illumination, WDR 120 dB, microphones and protection rating are the same.

What PoE switch does the camera need?

The camera is powered by PoE IEEE 802.3at (class 4) and draws up to 18 W, so the switch or recorder port must support 802.3at. Alternatively, use a 12 V DC power supply.

Can I connect an external siren or sensor?

Yes, the camera has 1 alarm input and 1 alarm output (up to 24 V, 1 A), plus an audio input and an audio output on terminals.
