Frequently asked questions
At what height is a manual call point installed?
The height is regulated so the unit is reachable by an adult and visible from a distance. Exact values go into the design.
Can a false activation be cancelled?
The signal is cleared from the panel by duty staff after verification. The device itself is reset to its initial state with a special key.
How does it differ from the DHI-HY-A0321?
They differ in version and supplied accessories. The choice depends on the mounting location and design requirements.
