The MikroTik L009UiGS-2HaxD-IN is a modern office router with Wi-Fi 6: eight gigabit ports, an SFP cage up to 2.5G for fiber, and PoE-out to power an access point or a camera. It is the successor to the legendary RB2011 series — faster, cooler, and with port headroom for a growing office.

Is the built-in Wi-Fi enough for the whole office?
The onboard module is 2.4 GHz for utility tasks. For proper office coverage add ceiling access points — the router powers the first one over PoE.
Why a 2.5G SFP cage?
Provider GPON modules and faster-than-gigabit uplinks stop being the bottleneck — the channel opens up fully.
Will the L009 handle VPN for remote staff?
Yes: WireGuard and IPsec run natively, with performance for dozens of small-office tunnels.
