SM321A-2 uses WDM (BiDi) technology: transmit and receive run over a single fiber on different wavelengths. That halves fiber usage in a cable — important when the installed line is already busy or spare fibers are scarce. The side-A module pairs with side B (SM321B-2). Up to 2 km, LC simplex connector, compatible with standard SFP slots.
