CRS328-4C-20S-4S+RM is a rack switch with an unusual port set: twenty SFP at gigabit, four SFP+ at ten gigabit and four combo ports that work either as copper Gigabit or as SFP. That layout is meant for sites with many fibre links from buildings or floors — the twenty gigabit SFP are exactly for those. The combo ports add flexibility: if a link arrives on copper, no separate media converter is required. Four SFP+ ports serve the uplink and the servers. A 1U case for rack mounting, management through RouterOS or SwOS, hardware switching at port speed.
