LHG XL 52 ac is the dual-band version of the LHG XL: it works on both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz, with a higher-power transmitter.

The second band here is not for convenience but for resilience: 2.4 GHz is slower, yet it passes better through rain, foliage and light obstructions. On a long path it is the backup channel that stays alive in bad weather, when 5 GHz degrades.

The unit serves as a backbone link or as powerful subscriber equipment — where the link is critical and downtime is unacceptable. High-gain built-in antenna, all-weather case, PoE power, RouterOS management.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a bridge need both 2.4 and 5 GHz?
Flexibility on noisy paths: where 5 GHz is crowded or blocked, the link moves to 2.4 — it reaches further and tolerates obstacles better.
What do the high-power antennas give?
More power and gain — the link survives where regular models no longer reach: long distances, partial obstructions.
What jobs are typical for it?
Long rural links: a farm, a water intake, a tower — tens of kilometers to the nearest connectivity, where every decibel counts.
