wAP 60G is a compact 60 GHz unit with a phased array antenna that forms the beam electronically and can steer it within 60 degrees.
That removes the main difficulty of ordinary directional antennas — the need for precise mechanical aiming. The unit adjusts the beam direction itself, so a mast drifting in the wind or a structure settling does not break the link.
It is used as subscriber equipment or a short bridge over hundreds of meters with line of sight. A 716 MHz CPU and 256 MB of memory let it run RouterOS routing as well, not only the radio part. Outdoor case, PoE power.

Up to eight: one AP distributes gigabit links to neighboring buildings within a couple hundred meters — a ready alternative to laying fiber across the grounds.
How reliable is it in bad weather?
Snow and fog do not bother a 60 GHz channel; heavy downpour shortens the distance: critical links get a 5 GHz backup.
